Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Service description

VaultGP sells Old School RuneScape virtual currency (GP) to buyers via hand-to-hand in-game trade. We are not affiliated with Jagex Ltd., and we are not a marketplace — you buy directly from the operator.

Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that buying virtual currency is legal where you live.

You also acknowledge that real-world trading of in-game currency may violate the terms of service of Jagex Ltd. and may carry a risk of account action. You accept that risk.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in USD and locked at checkout. You pay in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT). The exchange rate is fixed by our processor at the moment you generate the invoice.

Bulk discounts apply automatically: 100M+ saves 5%, 500M+ saves 10%, 1000M+ saves 15%.

Vault Rank bonuses are credited manually on request to live chat.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. Average delivery is under 5 minutes.

If delivery cannot be completed within 30 minutes of confirmed payment and we have not communicated an ETA, you may request a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are available before delivery: message us in live chat with your order ID and we'll refund to the wallet you paid from.

After delivery (the gold is in your inventory) refunds are not possible.

If payment is expired or failed, no funds were received and no refund is owed.

Prohibited use

You may not use payment cards or accounts that don't belong to you.

You may not buy gold to resell at scale through us without an explicit wholesale agreement.

You may not use VaultGP to launder funds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

Limitation of liability

VaultGP's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for any account action taken by Jagex Ltd. against your RuneScape account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved at the courts of the operator's place of residence, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
