VaultGP is operated as a sole proprietorship trading at vaultgp.com. Contact: support via live chat on this site.

When you place an order we collect: your RuneScape name (RSN), your Discord username or email, the amount of GP you ordered, and the cryptocurrency you paid with.

We do not collect: your real name, address, phone number, or government ID. We do not run third-party trackers, ad pixels, or analytics that fingerprint you.

Our payment processor (NOWPayments) handles the crypto transaction itself. We only receive the payment ID and status — we never see your wallet keys or balance.

RSN and contact: to coordinate the in-game trade.

Order amount and payment ID: to verify the payment and resolve disputes.

We do not sell, share, or rent your data. Ever.

Order records expire automatically 30 days after creation. After that they are permanently deleted from our database.

If you want your data removed sooner, message us in live chat with your order ID.

We set a single technical cookie when you log into the admin panel (only relevant if you're us). The cookie consent banner on first visit sets one preference cookie in your localStorage.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email or message us in live chat — we respond within 7 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
